 ng challenge as the SCCA Targa Texasland takes over the Lone Star State!
  Each team will experience an awesome five-day driving adventure that bl
 ends competition\, camaraderie\, and pure driving enjoyment across some 
 of Texas’ best tracks!\nThe journey kicks off at MotorSport Ranch\, wher
 e participants will hit the track for their first timed sessions on Wedn
 esday. Then it’s off to Harris Hill Raceway\, where drivers will get to 
 take part in both autocross and more sessions on track on Thursday. The 
 adventure continues Friday at MSR Houston the final round of cumulative 
 timed lap sessions before wrapping everything up at Eagles Canyon Racewa
 y as part of the Tire Rack SCCA Time Attack Challenge. \nScoring is all 
 about balance—cumulative lap times\, autocross performance\, and even so
 cial media engagement and peer judging add to the challenge\, making thi
 s more than just a test of speed. It’s a fun\, friendly\, laid-back comp
 etition with the focus' on the thrill of driving and enjoying the ride w

 \n\nEvent takes place at MotorSport Ranch\, Harris Hill\, MSR Houston\, 
 and wraps up at Eagles Canyon Raceway at the SCCA Tire Rack Time Attack 
 Challenge\nEach team will get two practice and two cumulative lap sessio
 ns at the first three tracks\, and one practice session and 3 timed sess
 ions per registered driver on Saturday during the Time Attack Challenge.
 \nEach team will get 6 autocross runs\nResults will be derived from tota
 l points earned using a combination of each team's fastest cumulative la
 ps\, best autocross run\, along with social and peer judged elements. *O
 rganizer reserves the right to reward bonus points for general awesomene
 ss along with any other very valid reasons.\n\nImportant note!\n\nWhen y
 ou register for the Tire Rack SCCA Targa Texasland\, both you and your c
 ar are automatically entered into the Tire Rack SCCA Time Attack Challen
 ge at Eagles Canyon Raceway—no extra steps needed! \nThe required primar
 y co-driver must register separately as a co-driver for the Targa event 
 (co-driver entry is free for the Targa!). If they also want to compete i
 n the Time Attack Challenge\, whether in the same car or a different one
 \, they will need to complete a separate registration for that competiti
 on.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEVENT DETAILS\n\nDRIVER ELIGIBILITY &amp\; IN
 FORMATION\n\n\n\nA. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY:The event is open to all drivers 
 with a valid state driver's license and a full membership to the SCCA.  
 If you don't have a membership you can join when you register.\nB. TIME 
 TRIALS LICENSES:It will help if you have one\, but it's OK if you don't.
  Event officials will work with you to make sure you get one fitting you
 r experience level at the event. (No charge.)\nC. MEDICAL:Please notify 
 the Officials of any pertinent medical condition(s). Any participants in
 volved in an accident in which there is significant damage or any injury
 \, or at a race official’s discretion\, MUST present themselves or be tr
 ansported to the track medical facility for evaluation. Off-site medical
  transportation fees may apply.\nD. MINOR DRIVERS:Drivers 16- and 17-yea
 rs-old\, with a state-issued driver's license can compete\, but there is
  some extra paperwork. Please contact Officials before the event and get
  approval from the Event Lead.\n\n\n\nVEHICLE ELIGIBILITY &amp\; INFORMA
 TION\n\n\n\nA. VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY:Competition is open to all vehicles c
 onforming to theNational Time Trials Classes. Some tracks do not allow E
 lectric Vehicles. Please refer to Track Information to verify EV eligibi
 lity.\nB. DECALS:All cars must have Tire Rack SCCA Time Attack Challenge
  decals and any required partner decals visibly placed on each side of t
 he vehicle and a Tire Rack windshield banner at the top of the front win
 dshield. Decals will be provided free of charge and may be obtained at r

 ble soon.\nC. TECHNICAL INSPECTION:All vehicles must be presented at tec
 h to turn intech formsand pass the event safety inspection (Tech) if req
 uired prior to any on-course participation. Tech may also check event sp
 onsor decal requirements and verify compliance of Vehicle Identification
 . Competitors are cautioned that vehicle/identification color combinatio
 ns such as red/black\, red/blue\, and white/silver do not have adequate 
 contrast.\nD.TIMING &amp\; SCORING:All cars are required to use fully op
 erational Westhold\, MyLaps/AMB TranX260 or X2 transponders. The driver 
 is responsible for providing correct information to Timing &amp\; Scorin
 g. Non-functioning transponders will likely result in the loss of times.
 \nE. RENTAL TRANSPONDERS:Rental transponders are available through regis

 ailer storage in their "off paddock" area. Please contact the track for 
 arrangements.\n3. ALCOHOL:While the track is in use\, no alcohol is to b
 e consumed anywhere at any of the facilities.\n4. PADDOCK RULES\nA. VEHI
 CLES:No one under the age of 18 is permitted to operate a motorized vehi
 cle unless they are also a registered entrant.\nB. SPEED LIMIT:The paddo
